A Cool Aquarium

I wanted to share some of the pictures of the Aquarium that the kids went to on their Summer break.  It had jelly fish and star fish, and many interesting and neat aquatic plants and animals.

My brother-in-law came into town, and we went to the Mexican restaurant.  I always order the crispy chicken tacos.  It was a pleasant visit.  Then, my other brother-in-law from Seattle called to say hello.  They check up on me from time to time, and I'm thankful for that.  I really like the green benches outside the restaurant.

I shared this old wagon before that sits along the main street of my town.  A lady decorates it with every holiday.  I tried to find out a little more about this wagon, and all I was told is that it was from the pioneer days, in the 1800's, and a family donated it to the town.  I enjoy learning about the history of the town, so I will keep searching for the story.  Here it is decorated for the 4th.

I made my layer bean dip, and sprinkled cheese on top when finished.  It's always a treat.

Do you like my firecracker gnome?

Happy 4th!

Sheri

The wagon is perfect for all kinds of seasonal decorations. Your photos of the aquarium are so awesome! It is hard to get photos behind glass and under water, but you did great! And the colors! Were they really those pinks and purples, or is that color from lights? The gnome is adorable, and that picnic table is gorgeous, with only a coat of paint! I hope you have a great Fourth!

Looks like a wonderful time with the girls. I love the jellyfish. There is something so peaceful about them just floating about.

Your grands are so cute, Sheri! It looks like a great aquarium for them to enjoy. Your bean dip looks good. We went to Mexican restuarant last night-love good Mexican food. We had leftovers for dinner tonight. I love that wagon all decorated--it's a beauty from the past! Cute little gnome, my friend. It sounds like you are having a good summer!

OH, those pictures were so pretty and the colors so vivid.
The bean dip - now why did you go and show that - now I'm hungry. I always crave Mexican food! Your firecracker gnome is cute. I am sure my son would love it since he likes all the garden gnomes and he and his wife have quite a collection.

Your flowers look beautiful and of course, Old Glory flying high to always remind us.

Oh my goodness what beautiful photos. I loved all the purple in the aquarium - I just love that color and all the fishes. The girls sure did enjoy that. So your daughter who is pregnant - does she know if it is a boy or girl?
I love flags in the USA!
I made a photo of that bean meal - I am going to make it. I am going to try to eat less meat. After today.
Love the gnome - USA.
The flowers are pretty too - all nice and summer like!
The wagon - who decorates it - they may know the history.
Nice your BIL's check up on you.
Well I hope you have a great 4th of July.
