Not A Good Weekend

I spent the whole weekend in ICU.  My son got into a car accident, and was banged up pretty bad - a fractured finger, a fractured wrist, a fractured ankle, a bruised kidney and lung.  But he's ok, thank God, and now he just needs to heal.  I'm asking  you for prayers for his healing.

The only bright spot in my weekend was this sweet girl, and I got to spend some time with her.  She was fascinated with my mop, and looks like my little helper.

She was also amused with the door stopper.

Thank you for your prayers for my son.
I love my blog friends so much.

Dear Sheri...Your son will go on my prayer list right NOW. Through God's grace it was not worse. He is young and vibrant and will heal. You take care, too. It's hard to be a Mama but especially hard when kids are going through life's rough patches. Both of you will be in my prayers. Hugs. Susan

Oh my God, really sorry for your son dear. He will go on my prayer and I will pray for his health every time. I can understand your situation. It's really hard and tough time for a mother. But be sure, God is always with you and your son. He will be fine and healthy very soon. Take care of yourself and be strong and positive. Everything is going to be fine.
Lot of love <3

Oh dear, sweet Sheri. Thankful for God's protective hand and that it was not as worse as it could have been. Scary. I've never gotten that phone call. Thank God. I guess the Lord knows what I could handle. My brother was killed in an accident when I was 14. I always had that horror with my children. Prayers for healing now.

I'm so sorry, Sheri! What a scary thing to happen and I know you must have been frantic. Of course I'll pray for your son, that he will heal completely, and for you, that you will find peace of mind and be able to rest because I know you will be trying to help him in any way you can.

Your little helper is adorable and I know must have been just what you needed to ease your stress.

Best to all of you and especially your son,

Oh my goodness Sheri, an accident is always a shock and he has a lot of injuries. I will pray for your son to have a good recovery, just as people prayed for us when we were in an accident a few years ago. Little granddaughter is so sweet, and it is interesting to watch how they are fascinated with anything around the house, and how it works. xx

I will definitely say prayers for your son - and praise God that he is safe. That is what we really are concerned about when they drive isn't it? Man he was bruised up a bit - I am sorry.

Your granddaughter is so cute - and who doesn't like to ping those door stops???

Love, sandie

Oh my precious friend Sheri

I am deeply sorry for pain you are suffering with being mother!

Tears falling from my eyes I just want to hug you tight my friend!!!

Oh how sad that your son had such injuries, May Lord give him complete health and May you can see him walking and talking again as soon as possible Amen

I am so embarrassed that I am late for the prayers dear Sheri but I have strong faith that God will bless him all the health and happiness again as he he truly deserve That!

Your older post about him told how much loving and caring he is with most contented heart.
God will take him out of this test soon!

Stay strong positive and don't loose your faith in your God!
Hugs!!!!

Oh no...so sorry to hear about your son. Scary when your child is involved. I am sure that he is sore from top to bottom, bless his heart. Looks like little one was having a blast with the door stopper. They are so funny when they get fixed on something like that and no matter how many times they walk away, they always go back. HAHA.....too CUTE!
