A Little Christmas Shopping

This is my newest tea cup that I bought. I bought it for Jess, but I liked it so much that I decided to keep it hehe (sorry Jess).  Every time we see this cup at Anthropologie, we both admire it and love the words......it really says it all.

I think if we try to do our best in life, then we will be satisfied and content.  And if anyone ever tries to step in and judge us, maybe we can say to them, "I simply did my best."

I may or may not
go back and get another
 cup for Jess. ; )

Have a great weekend.
I'm getting my
Christmas tree tomorrow!

Sheri,
Love the tea cup, love the purple polka dots inside it just makes me smile and the message is perfect. Oh I would buy another one for Jess that way you are both enjoying a connection in tea time. Enjoy shopping for your tree, seems every year I make John pull out dozens of them on the lot and shake them to check for needle retention and holes in the branches - but bet your bottom dollar I always purchase the first one we saw on the lot that filled my heart with glee.
xoxo,
Vera

Sheri, I just love that sweet cup. I think you should get all the kids one. :):) The saying is perfect...because even though there are many times we don't know the exact thing to do or say...if we give it the best we can at that time...what more is there. Blessings, love you, Susie

Sheri, what a sweet tea cup! Doing our best is a great mantra to live by. Each of us has unique gifts to bring to a task, but always doing our best is all one can do.
Enjoy getting your tree and decorating! It's such a lovely time of year. ♥

What a perfect little inspirational teacup, Sherry! We all need this little reminder once in a while and what a perfect explanation to give! A nice cup of tea and a little treat are well-deserved at this busy time of year, especially while decorating the tree! Enjoy your weekend, my friend. Hugs xo Karen

I sooooo love this time of year ~ swirling wishes in the air everywhere!
Enjoy decorating your tree!!

I totally agree... if you do your best, you know at least you tried. Sometimes its not about the outcome, but the journey as well. I have my last dog show of the year tomorrow and I'm so looking forward to relaxing the rest of December enjoying the Christmas spirit!

Have a blessed week my friend :)

Love Anthro! Love those cups too! They always have such unique items and, if I had more $$$, I'd gladly spend more there. :)
