Will You Read Me A Story?

I thought it was a good time to show you the picture my sister gave me recently since it's almost Mother's Day.  I mentioned to you before that she always seems to find the perfect gift.....well, she really does.  I loved this one especially because I happened to have the same picture, but a smaller size.  This one is big, and goes so well with my couches.  It is a painting of a mother and her daughters, and it means a lot to me, as I used to read to my children all the time when they were little.  The girls in the painting look just like Nel and Jess, and the mother resembles me as well.

Happy Mother's Day
to all my precious
blog mothers.

Sheri, I love that painting also. You are like me, when something reminds me of my girls..it means more. On my post today..I showed a little statue of a girl holding a jar with a firefly in it. My daughter Angie gave that to me early for Mother's day. She had a little boy in the same pose holding a firefly in ajar and I said , "oh I love that, I want one. " So she said , "oh mom , I just can't wait, here's one for you...but I got a girl cause you only had daughters. " I love it. Bless you honey, love,Susie
