All In A Day Of Shopping

I've got my shopping partner back!  Jess moved closer to home, as she just got a full-time position teaching second grade.

We did a little shopping the last couple of weekends, and it's definitely more fun shopping with that special someone by your side.  When we saw this, we just had to get it.

Whenever I see the carousels, it brings me back to a precious time when my  kids were little.  They used to love riding the carousels, and this one had a fairy on its back.

I'm going to decorate one of my bathrooms in white, so I picked up all the accessories that were needed.

Jess loves Chai tea, so I bought her some of this pumpkin spice blend.

Shopping is always fun for us, even when we don't find anything that day.  We'll have another shopping day in a couple of weeks, and Nel will join us.  We're going to a really cool outdoor mall that we heard about, and I'll try to take some pictures.

I'm so glad to have my shopping partner again!

Love this post.
You brought me back to the days when my Mom and I would go shopping or just eat out. She's no longer here but our happy moments together is forever etched in my memory. September is her birth month,
I love this month.

What a sweet photo of Jess! I have 4 sons so I never got to do the 'girl fun' shopping. But I love to shop and even looked at white towels today when I was searching for new sheets. Hugs!

I sure wish I could be your shopping partner dearest Sheri!!!! And those carousels...my parents could NOT get me off those horses. I will never forget those days of hoping onto anything that moved in a circle at Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm!

What a great way to shop, with your daughter. A NEW TEACHER IS BORN!

Hi Sheri....So happy Nel moved closer. That was great news.

I love carousels, too. The one you photographed is wonderful.

Getting chillier around here. Fall is definitely with us.

Take care and have a good rest of the week.

You girls are all dolls. Susan

That's so nice to have your shopping partner back - so much more fun when you can share a shopping experience and have a second opinion before you make a purchase! The butterfly seat is so cute and Jess looks lovely in that last photo.
