Hello friends. I have to tell you the story about what happened to us on our journey when I moved from Nor Cal to So Cal. Jess was driving us down here, and we were probably less than an hour away from my new home. We were driving on the freeway in the slow lane when all of a sudden, a single white dove came into view. It began flying to the right of us, but at car level. It flew alongside us for a bit, and then Jess switched over one lane to the left. Then, it flew in front of our car, and continued to fly in front of us at car level, and it was so close. We couldn't believe what we were seeing! We were amazed, and since I wasn't driving, I was able to watch this the whole time. After awhile, it flew away from the freeway and into the distance.

I love doves. I used to raise white doves years ago - had a bird aviary on my front porch. They are lovely and recognize their people. They would "coo" loudly they saw us or our cats.
