Just Because

Bought this pumpkin
spice taffy yesterday.  It's
pretty good.

The blue jays are very pretty,
but I don't like their call,
it's piercing.

Saw this fellow
while driving on a
country road.

Got up very early
one morning and saw this.

There's a man on
the trail
that takes care of the
bird houses,
such a nice thing to do.

These guys crack me up.

What if I fall?
Oh but my darling, what if you fly?
~Erin Hanson

Jess shared this pic
of  Teddy on
her honeymoon.

Blue jeans, red rose, and coffee
It doesn't get much better
than that.  ; )

Wishing you pleasant
September days.

Oh, I love that picture of Teddy. teehee
The bluejay pics are absolutely beautiful.
Thank you for stopping by, friend. Little Prince is fine, it's his friend on instagram that needs prayer. His name is McCorkle. Much appreciated.
Enjoy your weekend.

Sheri, You know that sounds, sights and smells take us back in time. The blue cry takes me back to Jr.High. In our homerooms they would have the windows AC back then, and no it wasn't the stone age. LOL.... but we could hear the jays while trying to study.:):) The thing I like about blue matter how young or old, anyone can wear them. They can be dressed up or down. Just a classic. Blessings for a fabulous weekend, love you, xoxo, Susie

Sweet post Sheri. Confession I do not like the taste of anything pumpkin, but know millions do! On Thanksgiving I will agree to eat a sliver of pumpkin pie with more whipped cream on top than pie, lol. In my area we do not get to see any bluejays unfortunately. I've never heard their song. Have a wonderful weekend we are working on projects at home.

The pumpkin taffy sure looks yummy, Sheri. I've never seen that flavor before. Your nature photos are beautiful. What a great place to walk and enjoy the beauty. Such a sweet honeymoon photo with Teddy! Have a wonderful weekend, dear Sheri. ♥

Hi Sheri,

Hello dearest one....

Tell me about the blue jay calls; we have had a village of blue jays take up residence in our garden AND on our block. I LOVE THEM, however, so I'll take their wild noises! We once had seven of them living in our backyard and they would ALL gather around our water fountain!

Isn't September sweet?

It's always important to be thankful for each and every thing in our lives. What a beautiful post. I need to do one like this too! (except I have on shorts instead of jeans! heehee!) Happy weekend! Hugs!

That teddy sure does get around! Maybe he should start a travel blog :).

I never realized blue jays have piercing calls. They sure are purdy though.

Lovely photos Sheri, and I have to say your timing is perfect!

Enjoy your weekend!

The blue jays so colourful, the morning colour so warming and seeing Ted, I really enjoyed that!

But your last photo "Blue jeans, red rose, and coffee" and perhaps a good book to read ...perfect!

Enjoy your weekend

All the best Jan

Lots of lovely pictures Sheri. The blue jay is a gorgeous colour - despite his unattractive voice! And I love the donkey. Happy weekend my friend.
