Paris Bound

In continuing our European summer adventure, I departed Nice, Nel, and Renecke, and took a train to Paris.

Since we were so close, I couldn't visit France without making a brief stop in the City of Love!

And I'm so glad I did.

I fell even more in love with Paris my second time around.

How can one city hold that much beauty?

I spent two glorious days wandering,

eating,

admiring,

and trying to take in as much of the city as possible.

Paris, you have my heart,

and I suspect you always will.

Paris is a beautiful city with high buildings and having one wonders of world in them...

And the bummer for me is that my first (but hopefully not my last) time I was there, the cards for my digital camera were not properly formatted, so all the photos I took of Paris I can't open! NEVER! But the city of love does steal your heart....we have two heartbeats. At home, and in Paris.

LOVELY! Anita

Jess, Today I was looking at a postcard, I have of the Arc de Triomphe. I thought, there were some skinny trees that appear to be across the street. I wondered if they were there now and big or had been removed years ago. You are a truly blessed young lady...you are young and beautiful , healthy and in a wonderful city with so many things to see and do. Be safe sweetheart. xoxo,Susie

Just gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing! I believe that (if you haven't already) you come to Montreal, Canada, you will love it here. Many people who visit here say that it is like a second Paris to them. :)

So glad you were able to visit Paris in your travels:) These photos are wonderful and having been there a couple years ago, brought back memories. We took a train from Ghent, Brussels. It was an adventure and I'm so glad I have lots of photos. Enjoy your day!

Jess, I'm in love with all these pictures. And that carousel next to the Eiffel Tower, that's so neat. How I wish I could go with you and Nel to Paris one day.
