The pictures are beautiful!I really enjoy visiting your blog...and thank you for the nice comments you leave on mine. The weather here in NC is dark and gloomy today..yours looks full of sunshine!
I was there once long ago. What wonderful pictures to showcase the area. Love those colorful buildings. So pretty. I love the beach too, so I know how much you enjoyed yourself.
Oh how I love to see the sea. That coast looks wonderful to visit. I'm not a fun fair person, so I'd give that a miss and enjoy walking along the coastal path. Lovely clear pictures.
Sheri, My oh my! You my friend, had a beautiful weekend! I can see why California is called the golden State. It seems as though the sun shines brighter, just look at the sky and ocean- magnificent! I spied a roller coaster, did you take a spin on it? I used to love to ride on a roller coaster, now they make me dizzy- so sad. Beautiful snippets of your splendid outing! Love, Jemma
teeeehee...that squirrel has NO EXCUSE for his rotundness. He is not living in a cold climate like here. Our squirrels are large because they have to beef up for winter, but this California squirrel? Hmmmmmmm!
teeeehehehehehhe
HELLO MY FRIEND! So good to be here, to dream about my up and coming trip to Carmel, to be near the ocean, to know that I am in your neck of the woods. What a gorgeous day you spent.
We had sun during the weekend but it didn't seem to last... well, now sun is shining but I'm working. When I enter the office is still glommy and so cold and the same when I leave. Today I really needed the warmth, light and all the space you catch so well in your pictures. So happy to learn you had a lovely weekend. Warms my heart a bit more. Love, Teresa
That sunshine looks awfully good to me sitting here with nothing but gray cold skies outside the window. I bet the saltwater would make this sinus trouble go away too. Sigh, if only….
Looks like you had a wonderful time visiting Santa Cruz and I enjoyed seeing all your lovely photos. No I do not have a link either for the last Lady that visited sorry. Happy 2015 hugs Carolyn
I can almost feel that sea breeze. You know me, I'm head over in heels in love with the sea. Beautiful pics, friend. Catching up with a few friends today. Will not be able to comment as much as I like to this year due to all the wedding planning, but I'll definitely visit and continue to post. As for the plant in my photo, it's Spanish moss, grows on trees here in Florida (mostly in Central and Northern Florida) due to humidity. It's actually a very Southern thing. You've probably seen it sold in packs at Michael's. Have a lovely, lovely. xoxo
Happy New Year to you and your family, Sheri! This is certainly a stunning place. The intense blue of the sea and sky is amazing. Your photos as always have captured every detail so well. What a cute squirrel too. They are regular visitors to our garden as we live next to a wood.
I've never been there but it sure looks beautiful! And I would rather be at the ocean than any where else! How great to be able to visit there! Happy weekend my friend! Hugs, Diane
We didn't visit Sanza Cruz on our California trip (pitty, it looks nice) but I remember buying some of those candy in the barrels with the kids at Pier 39 in San Francisco, the loved them :-)
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. You live in a beautiful and sunny area, full of bright colors and beautiful flowers. Helene
