Teapots and Flowers

My husband bought me a special gift for Christmas this year.

When we were out doing our shopping a few weeks before Christmas, we stopped at our favorite hotel for a glass of champagne. The tables were adorned with these beautiful antique tea pots that were being used as vases for fresh flowers.

I mentioned to my husband how much I loved the decor, and shortly after a special Christmas package arrived for me. He remembered the perfect gift! I absolutely love all the fine details.

And doesn't it look so lovely with these hydrangeas? My husband picked them out himself.

There's nothing like a pretty new piece for the home to . . .

Hope your 2015 is off to a great start!

This is a little treasure dear Sheri, it's a special gift indeed!
I have three similar teapots and they are reversible items as they can be used as flower pots also.
Wish you dear friend a healthy, prosperous, sparkling year for you and your family.
Hugs

I love it! And I see a Woodwick candle...I have one on the table next to my chair. I love the way they sound when they burn. Enjoy your weekend! Hugs!

Oh Nel, how beautiful of a gift. Your mom had mentioned to me that you received this gift after I shared a photo with her of my silver tea set, which is somewhat similar to yours! They make great photo shoot objects as well as a special way to serve up tea for guests. ENJOY IT! Anita

I adore silver and have several pieces. They bespeak (is that a word?) of a more lovely time. And I just think it makes the food or drink taste better. :)
