Just Because

Haven't done a "just because" post
in awhile, so here you go.

Favorite shopping center.
A cool light fixture, the cookie shop, train ride, and a creative Anthropologie window display.

We've had more foggy days.

My Valentine gnome.  ; )
*Michaels

Beautiful sunrise one morning.

A message for you, daughters.

Started the year off with a long drive
in the country.

Have you ever tried these?
They're sooooo good.

I bought a Disney Princess tent for Francesca, and Jess finally got around to setting it up for her.  She loves it!  Jess made it comfortable and put blankets in there and her special things.

Loved these Valentine cards at the
Target dollar bins.

Mia had a special little visitor,
and they were having so much fun together,
she didn't want her to leave.

When I was talking on the phone with Nel, and looking outside my window, I noticed a hummingbird fluttering near the bush.  It was a nice surprise.

Have a pleasant week,
and I hope it's filled with a surprise or two.  ; )

Love the pictures(-: I have not tried those chocolate treats. They look yummy though. I love Valentines Day! They have the sweet heart conversation hearts candy for sale at Walgreens. I got a few boxes to try. They are basically the same flavor as the original ones but are not as soft. My family loved those.
Hope you have a great week!

Great pics! Can't believe you have a hummingbird! We don't see them until summer down south. Have a good Monday.

What a lot of nice "just because" things. Granddaughters are so special. Drives in the country and lovely sights around your home, even fog. Hummingbirds are a delight. Chocolates and gnomes are the best. And I love, love anything about Anthropologie including their windows.

Great photos! Anthropologie always does such fabulous windows. And I might just have to take a trip to Michaels to see if mine has a cute Valentine gnome like yours. Just darling! I bet the girls love the tent. I know my guys love theirs!

A hummingbird in January? It is a paradise in your area! Such good pictures, Sheri, I especially love the ones of those sweet little girls all looking as if they're having the best of times. And even big girls have their special treats, like you and your country drives. Your foggy days are lovely!

Sheri, I love the photos. Especially the little girls pictures. How charming for Francesca to have a princess tent. I love it. Kids love making tents and forts, so it's perfect. It is so nice to see kids playing sweetly together. Blessings to you Sheri. Love you, xoxo, Susie

I love this post Sheri, so many good things to see. A Princess tent is the best idea, and I sure would have loved it as a little girl. Beautiful picture of the countryside with the horse and barn. You have reminded me that Valentine's is not far away, with your little treasures and dainty chocolates. Time to find my heart pieces and put them on dislay. Stay safe in the fog!

Oh, gee, they are adorable!

I loved your photos...loved that big old tree, and that 'drive'...how I would love to go on one myself. Farm scenes always appeal to me, too. That light fixture is unique....I have never seen anything quite like it.

Sheri,
You are getting to be a pro at capturing fog. Great job! Love the title and how it relates to your {random} items that many of us don't even notice on a day to day basis.

Sheri,
I love your posts. They make me smile. And on a stressful day they just make things seem right. I appreciate that. I have good news, the co worker I was having trouble with resigned. In the mean time they have hired a new staff person. He is really nice. I have been working full time this past three weeks during this transition. I am so happy we found a new staff person and that he is a positive thinking person.
Thank you for the prayers.

Lovely post Sheri, endearing as always.
I just don't know but of all these lovely pics
I'm drawn into the pics of your grandkids and
the window store. The pic of Mia and her friend
playing with their sides together is awesome,
two kids doing different things yet so close together
and comfortable together. Sometimes when we love
someone, no words needed just the comfort of knowing
that you are together. I love comfortable silence.

Have a great year and we are almost done with one month♥

That looks like a lovely trip in the country - I love those myself and do them not often enough (a few more years till retirement...), That tent is cute - and I can see how that little girl loves it. Those foggy mornings are beautiful - there is something mysterious about fog.
