"Go Go Go"

Jess came in this weekend to get the bridesmaid's dresses for her wedding.  All the girls met to try on the dresses, and it was a fun time for Jess.   She found this bouquet of flowers at Michaels to give to her flower girl, and she made a cute tag and attached it with a ribbon.  I made a big dish of lasagna, which was Yummy, and had cinnamon rolls with orange icing for dessert.  There's not a lot of good shops in Jess' area, so she wanted to do some shopping while she was here.   Now, I have a soft spot for cloth dolls, and when I found this unicorn at Target, I had to get it.  Her hair is funky with a big braid in back.  Nel used to love unicorns when she was little, and I used to read a book about unicorns to her all the time.  We had a fun weekend, and Jess got a lot done with her bridal plans.

Weddings are always exciting , even more so when the bridesmaid is the sister of the bride.
Can't wait to see all the dresses. Is the red, maybe 'the mother of the bride' dress ?

Sounds like you had a delightful weekend picking out bridesmaids dresses. Did you get yours or is the pretty red dress yours? Sounds like you all had a great time.

How cute to ask the little girl to be the flower girl.

Have a wonderful week.

Hope your yellow rose is doing better.

Hugs,
Mary

The countdown is ON! Sheri, where has the time gone? Already she is getting married??

I know the feeling about GO GO GO. I love coming home, aching feet, hungry stomach, tired eyes. We do this all the time and it makes coming home all the more pleasing.

I LOVE THAT UNICORN! I saw him at Target this weekend!

Enjoy another day of planning and fun dear friend. Anita

Hi Sheri,
I'm stopping back by because I had a feeling my previous comment didn't go through. Just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying the stories of you and the girls and wedding planning. This is such a happy time. Even if there are moments of stress, here and there, these are memories for a lifetime. That nosegay is so sweet. I'm sure the lasagne was delicious--yummy!
Happy weekend my darling friend!
