You titled the post "open" but most of the shutters are closed... they do seem open though and all thanks for the welcoming and greeting colors they're painted on. I'm not a colorful person - I don't think I am, at least - but this is a happy smiling inducing post and one can't help but feel a urge of painting something in aqua so you can have this thrill more often.
