Rose Garden

There's a rose garden
in my town that
I sometimes go to,

close to the
railroad tracks.

Me and husband
sit on the benches
there, and just
talk and talk.

They have an
assortment of roses
in all colors.

It's one of our
favorite places to
go in town.

 be my garden...
a single friend,
my world."

Rose gardens, railroad tracks, and benches to sit on and talk. That's quite an amazing combo there. And I love that Leo Buseaglia quote. Have a great day Sheri!

Oh my friend, this is a lovely place to admire one of nature's wonders with someone you love. We are having so much rain here and the flora is busting with color. I saw a climbing rose vine yesterday donned in the most glorious pink blooms!!! Thought of you...

I love "working" in the garden too. It's so nice to see the results of your hard work when everything starts blooming. You can't beat lantana...it's such a good bloomer and can totally take the heat. I used to have a ton of them at my old house and they were the star of the show. :) Your garden looks fantastic! Are those wooden shutters I see? They're gorgeous!

laura,
This isn't my rose garden. It's just a place where I go to sometimes in my town that is so pretty and peaceful. I only wish I had a garden so green and groomed as this. :~)

What beautiful roses!I love rose gardens!

Roses are probably the most appropriate flowers for the mood of the people at the station, arriving and departing .....

In our city, in the park is a place with benches and a lot of fragrant roses
