Jess found a purse in this pretty shop that can be worn with many different outfits.
I found a pair of white shoes that I liked too.
These cups at Anthropologie reminded me of red rose alley.
Then, we headed over to Pier 1 Imports and browsed through their Easter décor.
I hope to have another shopping day in a couple of weeks, with Nel included. Shopping is a way to clear the head and let everything go, and at the same time spend the day with our favorite people.

Sheri, My daughters and I used to go shopping every Spring. I would get my tax return and share with them. I knew they never had the money to shop like that from their own budgets. Doing good to get them together for that. Maybe at the end of April. Hopefully. So I know that you had a blast with your daughters. Love your shoes. xoxo,Susie

Mother/daughter shopping is so memorable. I am sure Jess is extremely appreciative of your generosity. Shopping therapy is good for what ails us. Don't you just love holding a shopping bag that's full of goodies? I see that you do. Jess's new pocketbook is so pretty. And enjoy those cute shoes!
Wondering around the shops is always a good way to kill a couple of hours and having coffee and cake is good too.

I hate shopping. In fact I go shopping the men's way - you know, hit the store, grab what you want and head for the fast line at check out ahahahahah
Maybe if I had a shopping buddy like you do I'd feel more inclined to but I doubt ;).
What's the name of the store where Jess bought the purse? (don't be too revealing but we have a store in Portugal that has the same kind of exhibitors and the same king of fabrics. Ours is called "Parfois").
Glad you had fun and are already planning in returning. I live all those experiences I hate vicariously through your eyes and enthusiasm.
