Love the beautiful images. I love Valentine's because I am sure to receive a bouquet of flowers from my hubby and son and we get to eat out... my choice of restaurant. I still have to decorate for Valentine's... but before that, although we are not Chinese we tend to celebrate the Chinese New Year, it is already this coming 31st of January.
What lovely photographs. I LOVE them all to much to choose one as a favorite. I confess with these extremely cold temps I'm still decorated for Xmas. Though Valentine's Day and conversation hearts are on my mind.
Your beautiful pictures are a feast for the eye! How optimistic to think about Valentine's day, I had almost forgotten it .. Have a nice day dear! Love from me, Olympia
Hi Sheri - I will begin decorating on Saturday. I don't have many Valentine decorations, however, they are the ones I love. Your photos are beautiful, especially the blue bird and morning dove. Have a great week!
Really don't have any decorations for Valentines Day other than a red heart wreath for the front door. But I sure love red and have a lot of that so I could probably put something together. Your pictures are stunning. Thanks so much for sharing them with us. Have a great week. Mary
Beautiful pictures..thanks for all of the beauty..a feast for the eyes...no Valentine decorating here yet..just waiting on the grandbaby to arrive on Friday..then I will set about decorating.... Love, Mona
Although I love decorating my house and garden, I have never decorated especially for Valentine's Day. It is not usual in Germany. Nevertheless, some people decorate the table and prepare a special meal on this day. Perhaps I will do so this year - your pictures inspired me :). Have a nice day, my dear friend, Barbara
So inspiring and nurturing to my soul. I am so taken with these silky, soft pink roses-and this sweet puppy. Do you take walks along the coastline-stunning. Can you imagine the tales this beloved old tree could tell.
Wonderfully vivid photos! I'm sorry to say that I haven't started decorating for Valentine's Day.
Husband and I were engaged on Valentine's Day 43 years ago. It holds a very special meaning to me. I think I will try my hand at baking a special dessert. I do have a box ready to send to daughter and grandkids for Valentine's Day but that is about as far as I've gotten.
Hello dear Sheri! I had a lovely time relaxing here as I looked at your lovely photos. And those roses - divine! I trust you are having a blessed week! Hugs to you
Indeed, my friend, indeed, and at times being alone is exactly what is required to truly take in beauty.... keeping in mind that we NEVER walk alone. <3 (That's a heart by the way.) teehee I could stare at these beautiful images all day. Sigh...
The only touch of Valentine's I've decorated with so far is a pitcher of white and red flowers I purchased in honor of my dad this Monday. He loved carnations and he loved the color red, so I arranged a beautiful white pitcher of them. After I set it on Miss Maple, I realized how perfect it is for this month too.
I added a few pics of January's Flight to give you an idea of that serene magical place, but I cannot begin to capture the AMAZING beauty I've experienced there. Have a lovely day, my friend. xoxo's
Beautiful photos! Such a difference from the bad weather I'm seeing in so much of the country today. Love your roses...I did a just because post this week, too. Great minds....heehee! Hugs!
Love your photos, what a title you could give to the lonely bird walking on the beach! and the stories that old tree could tell if only it could talk. St Valentines day is not something we've ever celebrated. but I hope you enjoy yours when it comes.
