With the greenery all around, it looks like a magical bridge.
I thought the tree nearby looked very mysterious and beautiful.
On the other side of the bridge resembles an enchanting forest.
And there are some trees across the way that are tall and groomed.
It was very quiet and still, and I thought I heard something in the bushes.
This bridge is such a lovely place to visit.
May your days
be glad,
and may peace
fill your homes.

Sheri, What a lovely old bridge--they do have a certain charm about them. Hope your day is a good one. Mickie :)
It seems as if these photos have come out of a fairytale!!!
Hugs and kisses, my friend!!!
Simply magic, my friend. The pines make it look as if you were transported to Italy. Now, that's magic. ;)

Good morning, beautiful! So many of these lovely structures grace our neighborhoods here in Minneapolis; I love them and the Minnehaha Creek runs right under them. Now the weather is better and we will begin our picnics!
Enjoy another glorious day in the sun sweet sister! Anita
Your old stone bridge is simply wonderful...and the tree has made it's own way...It nice when nature does it's own things...lovely post..I'm sure the fairies are so happy there..with love Janice
I always feel those ancient bridges are so welcoming. As if a beacon to cross and find the magical kingdom beyond... from so many centuries before... whenever you wish.
Is you stay on THIS side you wonder what lies ahead, imagine battles, ladies crossing in a hurry to meet their forbidden love in the other side... when you cross to the OTHER side you learn that you can be all that or simply enjoy the nature - and all it entails - that dared to go beyond and conquered.
Such a charming place, Sheri. Thank you for crossing the bridge for me.
Love,
T

What a gorgeous place for some beautiful photography! And of course, fairies anywhere you try to find them, too! All you have to do is stop and listen. Think baby girl and I are gearing up to make a little fairy garden over here... something a little girl can do and get a little messy!
What a lovely bridge
old and I bet together with that marvelous looking tree has witnessed a lot of exciting things that happened in there. I think I saw a bench on pic5, now that would be nice spot to relax.
Yours too Sheri - hope you are having a beautifully peaceful week.
I just gave a little gasp when I saw that bridge, we have just moved from one end of the UK to the other - to Dorset, so we have the luxury of the countryside and the coast (yippee!) but we have an almost identical little bridge and stream in our new village. I must take a picture and send it to you next time I am out walking the dog
