The Path Less Traveled

Do not be afraid to leave the pavement where the mob moves.  I will be around that unknown bend on the path less traveled.  Take time away from the crowd.  Even though I'm everyplace, including the heavily traveled routes, you won't notice me there because you'll have the fellowship of one another.  Depart from the expressways with their well-marked signs, secure fences and smooth, graded shoulders.  Give me your fears and insecurities.  I will fashion you into a vessel of my own making and fill you with your own uniqueness.  But I can do this only if you come to me on the path less traveled.

phrase to me many
years ago, and I
kept it ever since.)
Have a beautiful day.

Well my dear, I needed to see this, I really did. I have always been a free spirit, going on my own path, "marching to the beat of a different drummer" but that can be lonely, as I am finding out NOW.

There is so much truth however,in this excerpt from a famous poem. Thank you for this reminder to me to go with my heart. Anita

And to you my sweet friend, I again say that THIS POST was perfect for me this week. Thank you for coming to visit my post. A deep concept executed in a simple way is not easy, but it is usually the BEST way to drive a point home. I LOVE THAT YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT CLEANING OUT YOUR CLOSET!!!!! How funny is that? And how timely. May we start FRESH EACH DAY, as if each day was spring!

HUGS DEAR FRIEND! Anita

Sheri,

Each life experience shapes us into who we are. Occasionally we have to leave our comfort zone in order to benefit from another perspective. Thank you for sharing these words of wisdom.

Oh Evi,
I didn't write this; someone gave it to me many years ago and I loved it and thought it was so true.
