Thinking Of You, And Smiling

It was my father-in-law's funeral this weekend, and just spent the whole weekend with the family.  A family of ten kids..... need I say more?  I am tired, and now going to rest for a few days.  I will be thinking about my dear blog friends who give me support, give me peace, give me laughter, give me love.  I don't know if I've told you how much I appreciate you, but I do.

I am savoring the Autumn days, and these are the different colors that I am seeing around here right now.  Thank you for being with me always and shining your light on those dreary days.

Saying goodbye to one who has passed is emotionally draining, for sure. Being with family always helps. But now you need some time for yourself. It's understandable. Those are gorgeous trees. Your posts always bring me such joy. I am glad there is a you.

Get some rest. As much as we love family it is tiring when there are huge family gatherings...and to top it off with an emotional event is even more tiring. WE will all be here when you get rested up. xo Diana

So sad you had to say goodbye to someone special in your life. It does have an effect on us, and you are a sensitive soul. Your Autumn pictures are beautiful, and the perfect sentiment. Take care, dear Sheri. xx

Good morning dear friend! Sheri, I feel the same way about you and a handful of other bloggers who also give me daily companionship and without whom I'd be rather lonely. With the exception of one local blogger friend, I don't have the same encounters at work or in the community as I do HERE - so I hear ya. Hugs to you dear friend as you take some time off to gather your thoughts. Anita
