We Will Miss You Jesse

Nel's doggy passed
away today.
Jesse was the best
dog, and we
are very sad that
he left us.
Please say a few
words of encouragement
to Nel, as this is such
a hard time for
her and her husband,
Renecke.

We will miss you, Jesse.
  I love you.

Awwwww...my ♥ breaks for you. Jesse looks like a sweet dog. It's difficult saying goodbye to one of your furry kids...I know. In December I had to make the decision to put my 4 1/2 yr old Benny to sleep. He woke up one morning lame in one of his rear legs...and by night-time, he was having seizures and couldn't hear or so - suffering from acute neurological problems. At the time I knew it was the one and only thing I could still do for him. But, knowing that and dealing with the death of my beloved pet was something awful. I still miss him. I know you will miss Jesse too. It's so sad that they only live such short lives, compared to ours. I'll say a prayer for you that your heart will heal from this loss. Hugs, Jan

So so sorry. Jesse looks so very much like my Lucy who left me last year. The most difficult and heartbreaking part of pet ownership bar none.

This breaks my heart.....I didn't even know Jesse but he looked like a smart, loyal, wonderful dog. I've lost 2 animals in the last 3 yrs. and have another that was in the hospital for 3 days.....My heart goes out to you Nel. They are such a precious part of the family and I pray God comforts you and your family. Roxie

Your broken hearts are in my prayers. Losing a pet is so difficult. They make our life on earth so very special. Jesse was blessed to have been loved and cared for by you, Nel, and your amazing family.

May you find the comfort you need in your memories and photographs.

I framed a photograph of my husband's first Chocolate Lab, Shelby in a pretty white frame, when she passed. It's in the kitchen above the place where The Chocolate Gousse eats. I tell Gousse, (pronounced Goose)that Shelby is her guardian angel.
The photo also gives comfort to my Mr D.
Hugs and Hugs!

My dear friend,

it is with tears in my throat that are welling up to my eyes that I write this...when a dog has that look with the eyes so bright, looking up at his/her master, it just tears at my heart. They need us, they love us so....please give Nel my most sincere wishes for her to remember this sweet pet and rejoice for having her love. That is all we can do, is savor the memory that nothing can take away. Oh how glad I am that you came to visit me....let us celebrate what we have, for in the blink of a butterflie's eye, it is transformed. Though we can't see it, all that we love is still with us.

Hugs to you my dear friend. Anita

I love animals and I can understand your pain... I know it's hard to do it right now and you need time to realise it, but it's really important to keep all the nice past memories... Everything that made you smile!
And I really believe that this is what Jesse wants, as well!
Rest in peace, sweet furry candy!

Nel and Renecke,

This is one of the saddest and (also) happiest things of life. That we loved a being so much that it hurts when we have to bid farewell.

Dogs aren't really dogs but I guess - by this post - you already realized it. They're angels put on the path of people with kindred spirits and huge hearts. God will welcome him and find a home he can rule and mess up until you meet again.

Be Happy for him as he's seen already the Face of his Creator. That's how important they are - they get there sooner than us.

Hang in there,
Teresa

Oh Sherri,

What a beautiful dog! This is heartbreaking! I've been through the passing of two dogs and there is really nothing you can say that will make the grieving any easier. When you have a pet in your life, they are as much your family as your children are. All I can tell Nel is that the sadness will pass over time. You never forget them, you just accept their passing as part of the circle of life.

I am so sorry for your loss Nel.

Dear Sheri
My heart is saddened hearing the loss of this beautiful companion.
Our animals bring such joy into our lives... Give Nel and her husband a warm hug for me...

Thank you dear friend, for always taking time to visit.. I am so pleased you enjoyed the little chick.. The fairies in the background.. This is one of my acrylic paintings I had done a few years ago... I too, love fairies.
blessings,
Penny

Dear Nel....I just read where your beloved doggie passed away and wanted to tell you how sorry I am.

Our fur babies truly take hold of part of our hearts. Our lives, once they come to us, will never be the same. And once they leave us, again, life will be changed forever.

May you have many special memories and photos to keep tucked in your heart until the day comes when you meet once again. Susan

Dearest Nel, I am so sorry for your loss. From my own personal experience, I know how difficult this goodbye can be. We've waved farewell to three of our own.
Focus on those beautiful memories, just look at those pretty eyes.
Peace to you, love.
