Another school year.
Jess and Nel are teaching from home when school starts up again, and I'm so thankful for that. I hope those children that have to be in the classroom this year will be safe, as well as their very special teachers.
I love this picture of Francesca
in Jess' classroom.
It won't be long 'til she's in school too.

Good morning! So much joy and peace in your photos, my friend. I can see why we are friends here. We share a love for the same things. Family, books, candles, calm. I too will be schooling Flynn here, as I have since she began preschool. Suddenly, she is in the 5th grade! Have a cozy day out there, my friend.
ReplyDeleteWonderful quote, beautiful ant true!
ReplyDeleteYour girls are SO lucky to start off the year with Distance Learning. Oh dear Sheri, I love how you give us The Word and then images to just melt into. Yes, we must dwell on that which is GOOD.
ReplyDeleteI need this. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quote and photos Sheri! Wishing you ladies a wonderful new week!
ReplyDeleteJust what I needed today, thank you.
ReplyDeleteI love Philippians! One of my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI loved all your photos of joy.
So the girls are starting virtual.
Kelly is too - except they will be teaching from their empty rooms in the school so they have all their supplies.
I hope everyone has a wonderful year.

Sheri, You just spoke true words about Francesca going to school. This past Wednesday, my daughter Liz sent me a picture of Layla( our 1st great grandchild going to school. She goes to the school where her aunt Emma goes and cousin Savannah.) Those are the only children I have in school, other than my daughter Angie (5th grade teacher) Angie goes tomorrow. I pray for our children. I loved seeing all you pretty pictures. I think of you some times, when I have coffee. I know you truly love your coffee. Blessings to you and yours, sweet friend. Stay safe, xoxo, love, Susie
ReplyDeleteLove your glimpses of life from the first words through to the school room. The picture of the woman smelling the flower is a favorite of mine.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely peaceful look at your life, Sheri. During these strange times it's good to focus on those things that we love and cherish. I'm so glad your girls are teaching remotely. I do think it is best. Be careful and take care of yourself.
ReplyDeleteWonderful post and verse!Thank you,my friend!
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe how big Francesca is...she is so cute. Loved your pics.
ReplyDeleteLove your photos. Today was my first day back at school. It was strange and quiet. not normal. Everyone seemed sad. Kids will be back Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteWhat grades do your daughters teach?
Wonderful teachers, working from home. Most of Australia is back in the classroom, except for one state, Victoria. Dear little Francesca, such a sweetie. I remember the Berenstein bears from when my kids were little, good memories. As ever, I love your pink pretty flowers, and that gorgeous building, which might be a school, I hope :)
ReplyDeleteWe are learning how precious our normal life is.
ReplyDeleteHappy week to you.
Dear Sheri that is one of my most favorite verses. Your photos are just perfect to go along with these words. Glad your girls will be staying safe at home. My brother is a bus driver and he will start back the 24th of this month...am concerned for the kids as well as the staff at school. Will be praying for all those students and adults starting back. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI love this endearing post.
ReplyDeleteI love the Bible verses,
your flowers, paintings,
chocolates, and food pics.
Have a great week.. ♥
