Farewell Summer

Summer is coming
to an end,
and here are a few
pictures that me and
Jess took while
strolling through town.

My kids used to
play on this
bridge when they
were little.

This is one mermaid
that makes me
happy.

Doesn't this tree
trunk look like an
animal's face?

Enjoy the last
of your summer days.

  10. Lovely ode to summer! It sure feels like fall here... 2pm and only 70 degrees! The heat is supposed to return this weekend and I want to savor as many moments outdoors as I possibly can before the cold sets in!

  21. Your pics are so lovely.
And sometimes I can't help but feel a little bit sentimental when I see places that me and my brother used to play in and go to with my Mom, just like when you mentioned that your children used to play in that bridge.
