Christmas by the Sea

A nighttime stroll by the harbor makes any evening exceptional...

Especially during the holiday season...

After a bite to eat and a tour through the charming neighborhoods...

It was time to return to my own little home, curl up under a warm blanket, and watch a Christmas movie.

I hope you have a very Christmas-sea weekend ;-)

  8. Christmas at the Harbor. How lovely. It must be so delightful to see the lights reflecting off the water. I LOVE the thought of seeing boats and docks at this time of year. But I imagine there must have been a bit of a chill in the air. Curling up in a warm blanket and watching a movie sounds like the perfect ending to a glorious day.

  9. Strolling two steps behind, Dear Jess.

So much loveliness and contentement in your stroll.

I wonder why it fascinates to walk around in this time of the year that makes it more special than in any other time of the year?

I guess secretly - we're never older than 5 at Christmas -we're waiting to bump into Santa or The Maggi and that makes the return to the warmth of home more relaxing and lovely.

    Blessed Greetings,
    Teresa

  11. Takes me back to my OC high school days, and my trips to Naples. Is that where this is? Loved those times. Loved SoCal. Even though I missed the snow of New York state, this was as Christmasy as it could be! Thanks for the memories!

  19. Love all the wonderful holiday lights! I just love the holidays and the beautiful decor. I was just exclaiming to my husband the other night...."Wouldn't it be great if we had Christmas lights all year long!" Makes me think of one of my favorite holiday movies....Prancer...and how the little girl in the movie played Christmas music all year long. We should keep our holiday spirit all year! Love ya and hope you, Jess, and Nel have a great Christmas! xoxo Kim
