In the late hours of the night, I had an idea.
I'm going to make a mini Francesca tree!
I bought a box of pink, shiny balls, and gathered my pink Christmas ornaments along with a few new ones given to the baby.
It's the perfect night light,
and sometimes in those late hours, a much needed reminder that all is calm,
all is bright.

It is a beautiful tree. So sweet. Our Chamber of Commerce is offering Christmas ornaments of about 7 landmarks around our city. Maybe you could find one from your city for the baby.

ReplyDeleteSo lovely.... this brought up a memory for me when my mom did a tree full of beautiful pink ornaments for my baby shower many years ago. She was always so crafty and talented and making everything so special. Keep doing these things, it really does make a difference in the lives of those you love. It's these special moments that will always be cherished :-) Thanks for sharing and bringing back a good memory for me.

Oh Jess, your Francesca tree is utterly gorgeous. I love it! I've found it hard to come across pink ornaments. They are not common. The tree is soooo lovely. Great job! Susan

ReplyDeleteYour Francesca tree is wonderful, Jess, I love it! I remember the Pink felt doll, and all the ornaments are so cute. You even found Pink shiny balls. It looks sweet next to your changing table. I have a couple more Pink ones to put on there when you come in. ; )
