Keeping Time

Do you love antiques as much as I do?

I discovered this amazing antique market in my town last weekend.

Click here to check out the treasures of Woodstock Market.

I went in with the idea that I was just going to browse, but I couldn't help falling in absolute love with this piece...maybe because it reminded me of all my loved ones in different time zones.

I think it looks nice above my reading couch.

And now when I'm thinking about calling my mom in California at 9 AM on a Sunday morning, I might remember that it's really 6 AM her time...

  3. This is a cool piece you bought. It looks nice above your couch. You've always loved clocks ever since I can remember. This antique shop looks so charming, I'm glad you found it. I know, I always forget our time difference too. : )

  9. LOL I use my clock app on my phone to keep track of my kids and their time zones but YOUR way is much prettier! I was going to go to a flea market today after church but it was drizzling and it was an hour drive so I opted to stay home but I LOVE flea markets and antique malls!

  10. I love it....I love antiques. HAHA when I was younger I never looked at antiques and seeing the beauty. I would totally fill my home with them if I could. That is a neat clock. Thought about hanging two in the hall with the hands stopped at the time my kids were born! Great job. If you saw above my couch you would think that I could not make up my mind on what to hang. But...I think all walls should have things on them that make you happy....no space unhung! haha...You can see the wall above my couch here.....http://pam-lifethroughmyeyes.blogspot.com/2017/03/livingroom-walls.html

  17. I love antiques, and clocks are one of my weakness's. I gave some of my old clocks away when we moved but saved my favorite. Just in case--I am in Pacific time.
