ReplyDeleteI love Children's book and I want to start looking for the ones my kids enjoyed. I found the Mother Goose book that my baby girl learned her nursery rhymes from. I gave it to my new baby for Christmas. My daughter cried.

ReplyDeletePrecious thoughts today dear friend. Nature is always a reason to proclaim in words, the wonders around us. Love that moon shoot and that fuzzy little squirrel. You should see ours; their little ears have turned white and they have turned plump with tails fit to be a coat for our winter.

Children's books often have superb illustrations. I was in a bookstore today looking at children's books. I like the mysterious tree but don't see the heart.

ReplyDeleteRegarding the cardinal post, what I read was that when a person sees a real, living cardinal, it signifies a visitor from the other realm of life. (Like someone who has died.)
I really take a good look when I see one now! A similar happening for me is when I see a hummingbird. To me, it's the spirit of my father visiting me cuz he loved those little hummers.

Yes, I made up the facelift quote. I think it's true. No matter how many wrinkles, a smile erases them for the moment, and then does a magical thing.
