  1. Great photos Jess. I like plantation shutters. I do not have shutters on this farm house. But I did have some in town. Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday, Blessings to all of you, xoxo,Susie

  12. Good afternoon dearest Sheri! Thank you for coming by this afternoon! You are right; I DO LOVE those aqua shutters and white flowers! If I could, I'd paint our brick house white and paint the shutters a distressed aqua...

The moving picture (a GIF) of the boy being taken up by the balloons is from the French movie, The Red Balloon; there is no speaking in the movie but it's an old classic. Please check it out. You would enjoy it!

    LOVE, MY FRIEND! Anita

  25. You titled the post "open" but most of the shutters are closed... they do seem open though and all thanks for the welcoming and greeting colors they're painted on.
I'm not a colorful person - I don't think I am, at least - but this is a happy smiling inducing post and one can't help but feel a urge of painting something in aqua so you can have this thrill more often.
Thank you for sharing. The pictures. Your vision. The Smile.
