That Time of Year

It's finally feeling like Autumn here in Southern California.

We've had a late summer,

but the temperature has finally dropped.
The jackets, boots, and scarves have been pulled out!

It's that time of year for warm apple cider, fireside lounging, and Thanksgiving preparations.

Have a cozy weekend, friends.

  14. We also have now an Autumn with conviction. It arrived with Winter's mean streak but wanted to return to Summer so there were some weird times weather wise, for a while.
I was already forseeing wearing wellies and Shorts (don't I wish? ahahahahah)
Enjoy your Autumn and the lovely Seasons that follow.

  16. Jess, I love seeing an autumn post when so many are rushing it away. This is perfect. Not officially Christmas for us until Santa makes his entrance in the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. ;)

  17. Oh how I love this post!! I love fall and the colors! ... but unfortunately here in south FL, we dont get to see the change of seasons. It stays green all year long. I like fall because all my favorite holidays are coming of course starting with Halloween and all the candy.lol
