Your Thoughts

My cousin received this 'thought for the day' from her yoga teacher and she passed it along to me.  I loved this.

    Words worth sharing and everyday I try to be the best I can be. Look up always as when I look down..I seem to lose focus. I dont like to be out of focus. Life is grand.

    Very deep and inspiring words Sheri. I've always believed that the soul is made up of compassion, kindness, integrity and most importantly love, all the good things. The soul only knows love and is not made up of negative thoughts and feelings. These traits come from the personality and are learned but can be changed if you have the earnest desire to do so. :)

    I wholeheartedly agree dearest Sheri. We make our choices; that is what I believe God has given us. A free will, a mind, a creative spirit so that we can decide and choose those colors of goodness and not darkness. It IS up to us. HAPPY DAY and may it be full of COLORFUL POSSIBILITIES! Anita
