Sun is Shining

It's almost Summertime!

A time for

beach going,

sunset watching,

vacationing,

relaxing,

cruising the town,

and indulging in the sweet taste of summer.

Do you have any special plans for the season?

  5. All the above, wonderfully suggested by your amazing pics.
Plus some rest - really, I'm dreaming of reading an entire book while swaying in an hammock (not sure how to write this word, sorry) and feeling the scents of the garden... I want to sleep by the sea.
This year I'll take good care of me during Summer.
I don't know if it is because weather hasn't been stable during Spring, but I don't remember to wish for Summer so much.
Hope yours is wonderful, funny and lovely.

  18. Sheri dearest!

I TOO CLEANED my house on Saturday all day long and then showered and flopped down on a bed of beautiful sheets and dreamed of the beauty of having a place to even lay my head. It is such a feeling of satisfaction, isn't it??????

THANK YOU FOR COMING MY FRIEND to visit! We are getting so much rain here but in the early morning or late evening. It has been a beautiful summer so far.

That French version of Dream a Little Dream of Me is by BEAUTIFUL SOUTH. It is a heavenly version but I agree that The Mamas and the Papas did a great job with it too.

Have a lovely day my sweet friend! Anita

No holiday plans this year, though my parents will be coming out to visit me in a month's time (when the little one is due)..so that will be nice.

The Help was a great movie and I thought the writing was spectacular. Since then have meant to get the book. Maybe I'll make it one of my summer reads.
    Enjoy your summer, Jess.
