Laugh Attack

Have you ever had a laugh attack that lasted for a loooong time?  Me and my friend, Anne, were in the church, and it was after mass, so no one was left inside, and I haven't seen Anne for a month because she had a cold and a bad cough, so I stayed away for awhile.  So, we were catching up with each other, and I started to get a tickle in my throat and started coughing.  I couldn't stop, so she handed me a cough drop and I opened it up, and didn't see the inside wrapper and started to pop it in my mouth.  Anne had the funniest look on her face, and I started laughing, and she looked at me, and I looked at her, and we could not stop laughing.  Then, I was coughing and laughing at the same time, which made her laugh even more.  The reason she laughed at me was because I was getting ready to put the cough drop along with the wrapper in my mouth but caught myself, and the look on my face made her crack up.  And I was cracking up at the look on her face.  ok I know, you had to be there, but trust me, it was hilarious cause we couldn't stop laughing.  And it all started with a little wrapper.

Have a nice weekend,
and I hope someone makes you laugh.

made you laugh, Nel.  ; )

Happy Friday! Oh that is a cute story about getting tickled about the wrapper. My sister and I talk by phone each day (she lives in IN and I am in GA). Almost each time we talk, we will get tickled about something and cannot stop laughing. As kids, we would often get tickled in church!
I hope your weekend is full of smiles and laughs!

Hi Sheri,
Oh,that kind of laughter is the best. I have a story like this with my grandma's funeral. It was not rude laughter. It was laughter of joy. My grandma was Catholic. During her service, my uncle George got stuck kneeling in the pew. My cousin Jamie and I we could not help it, we tried not to laugh. Oh, but we did! I think it makes it worse when you try to hold it in.
I enjoyed this today.
Love, Carla

Those are wonderful and cherished moments that should always be remembered. Have you ever laughed in your sleep and it woke you up?! Those are the best!

Haha, I love when you laugh until your stomach hurts! That's a great feeling...except at a time when you are not supposed to be laughing, and then it's so hard to hold it in. Speaking of laughing, that last picture took sooo long to take because Nel and I couldn't stop laughing!

Your cute memory started Mildred and me talking about similar situation when we were young. Seemed like everything was funnier when we weren't supposed to laugh (at school and church especially)!
I had an algebra teacher who would lean against the door facing in the classroom and scratch his back on it. Of course, I sat in the first desk right beside him and he would always demand to know "What is it so funny??"

I got really tickled once at church when the preacher got a bit carried away...I was able to cover my face though and I think that people just believed that I was overcome with emotion! I hope God will forgive me for that!

Yes, the Bank is still there, Sheri! I now eat at Rosa's right across the street. They also have really good Mexican Food. Have you been there? I am only 15 miles away, should go in more often. When we sold our home in Torrance and moved out this way, we rented an apartment in Temecula for a year while looking for a home. I love it there.

Was that little boy cute or what! He had such a big smile on his face.
Wishing you a beautiful week. I will be visiting Lily this week again. Can't wait.
blessings,
Penny

We like the same cough drops -- they're the best. But without the paper, I think!

What a great story!
