Blue Tea Pot

I'm decorating my
new place,
and here's a few pictures.

I think the tea pot
is a main item in the
kitchen.
I loved this blue one.

This framed picture
reminded me of the girls.
I've never replaced
it with another one.  ; )

This little angel
rests on my computer desk.

Jess got me this purse
as a gift for
her wedding, and I loved
the peacock design.
It sits on my vanity table.

I have white in the bathroom.

Decorating is fun,
and I'm putting a few things
out for Halloween
this weekend.

Sheri, I also have a picture of 4 little girls hugging on the beach...it makes me think of my girls...so I have named them. LOL. I have a grouping of four angels playing musical instruments and they are my daughters also. :):) You know...that makes me want to do a post on things that make me think of my girls.:) I love the cute things you have out. Love your cup collection. Blessings to you sweet girl, love, xoxo, Susie

Mornin' Sheri, So nice to see you're nestling in and the lovely items you've chose to use as decor. I too love the mix of cups and blue has always been a fave. The lovely little frame with the two girls is a wonderful touch and I can appreciate it as I've 2 girls of my own. Wishing you a blessed day and thank you for sharing a bit of your homes warmth and epoch.

Hello darling Sheri!!!! Isn't this a fun time of year? I was off from school yesterday AND will be today. I went out to enjoy the colors of the leaves and I get such joy out of walking and just BEING. I did nothing of great importance but to just observe, take photos and smile. The autumnal sun is so special to me.

I LOVE YOUR BLUE TEA POT! That is one of my favorite blue hues.

Enjoy your day dearest.

Sherry, I also think that a kitchen should have a kettle, even before anything else! The thought of aromatic cup of tea gives me comfort .. And blue is classic! Your kettle is great!

I was surprised at the design of your new pot. It's really beyond my concept about pot. It's an envoy of the unknown fascinating world. I hope you have a happy weekend.

You're so right Sheri. Teapots really do deserve special attention in the kitchen. You've reminded me I really need to replace mine!

You've also reminded me of how I used to collect pretty handbags. I had them displayed in our bedroom in our former house. I would seek out vintage and/or unique small evening bags. It was fun, but not something I do any longer.
