Scholarly Seating

I just wanted to share my favorite Christmas gift I received from my parents:

This chair is exceptionally comfortable and functional, and it looks darling in my living room

I am on my way to getting my teaching credential (read about my path here), and my new scholarly chair will provide me with support as I plan lessons, write papers, and study hard.

Best wishes to all who are returning (or have already returned) to work for the new year.

~Jess~

I love your chair! What a great gift! I am returning today! I am sub ;) I usually do high school or junior high, but today I am a roving elementary sub. I am going to be tired after my first day back! Good luck with school :)

Dear Jess,

I went back to school at 34, and it took me 17 years to complete all of my degrees and teaching licenses. Yes, in the PLURAL: LICENSES. I taught for nine years and now am learning through my art adventure that so many things are relative to how YOU deal with them. I wish you strength, compassion and faith in YOURSELF as you go into one of the most rewarding, but challenging careers out there. Anita

Can't think of a better place for you to prepare your day - of teaching, of learning - than a vibrant and happy inducing confortable chair.

It's Lovely! And a "piece" to cherish forever... already foreseeing all the emotions and experiences you'll experience while in it.

Good Lyck, Sweet Girl! Be Blessed!

My hubby and I both had colds at Christmas and my mom took care of us..they weren't that bad so I don't think we had the flu. Drink lotsa tea and vitamin C!!! hugs Jennifer :o)
