A Taste of Fall

It's that time of year again...

When the weather gets cooler, and nothing sounds better than a hot, hearty bowl of Irish stew. Let's turn on a little cooking music, shall we?

We'll add a little of this...

And a little of that...

A few spices to give it that unique flavor...

And we're ready to dig in!

This thick and tasty dish is a fall favorite of mine. Click here for the full recipe and enjoy!

Hi Nel, WOW now I am hungry for a hearty bowl of your Irish Stew. My dad was Irish so being half Irish myself I grew up on the yummy dish. My mother Italian learned to make it for my dad. She was a fabulous cook and I remember many an Autumn with this meal. Thank you for sharing. Maybe I'll have to make it this weekend.

Hi Sheri, Thank you for stopping by and your kind comment for my blog birthday. You are such a dear and I am honored to call you my friend. So glad we met too. Blessings and sending hugs your way.

Yum, looks so good. There's nothing like a good home cooked meal and I certainly could handle this dish tonight.

we don't celebrate Halloween in my family, but I like seing Halloween related photos.. I did buy muffin cases last year, with little pumpkins on them, they were cute, so I wanted to get into the spirit a bit..
