Pretty in Pink

We have a few fine guests at Red Rose Alley today...

Some are them are outgoing,

and others are a bit more reserved.

Regardless of their differences in personality, they are here to brighten our day.

Greetings to our fantastic flamingo friends!

They are Caribbean flamingos who reside at the San Diego Zoo (and one of the best zoos I have come to visit.)

Speaking of the Caribbean, I will be taking a trip there in ONE MONTH!

I will be sure to bring you along :-)

Happy Monday, Fabulous Friends.  My hope for you is a successful week.

"Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all..." ~Emily Dickinson

Hello Jess!

Did you know that "The flaming hues of pink and red that form a flamingo's plumage can be so striking that many believe the birds could have given rise to the legend of the phoenix"?!

Enjoy your vacations, Sweet Girl! Have loads of fun, rest and... well.., FUN!

Don't take me, please... take you and enjoy :)

Mr. Flamingo, practically roams our Florida backyard. They are indeed peculiar with so many personalities.
Hoping that you will enjoy your Caribbean vacation, Jess.
Love the E.D. quote.
Oh and loved listening to the music as usual. I see Frank's at the top of the list now. Love his music. Lingered long enough to enjoy whistling to Dream a Little Dream of Me. :)
