My Head's In The Clouds

If you look closely, you can see the shape of hearts in these cloud pictures that I took.

"Today You are You,
that is truer than true.
There is no one alive
Who is Youer than You."
~Dr. Seuss

Have a good weekend.  Do you have any special plans?

I love the pictures! My mother died 8 years ago and my father told her he was coming right behind her. He died 5 months later. They were married 69 years! I was with him when he died and as I was driving home on that rainy, dreary day, there was a break in the clouds. The break that shown through to blue sky was in the perfect shape of a heart. I wish I had my camera to capture it but I will never forget it!

Oh what good of you to see those hearts in the sky!! Gorgeous pictures! I often look at the clouds too and see 'things' or even whole countries in them lol. I love to daydream doing that. I'm going to create this weekend, but not sure yet what lol. No plans to go out or something. Thank you for all the beauty you share and enjoy your weekend!

Big hugs,
Ingeborg ;-)

Funny that this is one of my favorite enjoyements in Life. To spot shapes - real shapes - in the nature.

I love to find a ivy leaf heart-shaped, a stone, even a heart drawing someone left by the sea.

It's like receiving an answer "There's Love" for questions you didn't know you were posing.

Thank you for the clouds. I love clouds. And more than the shapes they acquire I love how the light filters through them :love, love, love:

Wishing you a Happy Weekend. We'll start with a room at the Guest House. Dear Son took his garage band to another place and I'm thinking in transforming that great place in a charming office. :crossyourfingers:

Hello, Sheri, my friend,
I enjoyed seeing the hearts in your clouds very much. As a young girl, one of my favorite things to do was find shapes in the clouds. Thank you so much for visiting me at Bunny Cottage and for your kind comments. Have a terrific weekend! Vicki

Those are definetely left over Valentine hearts that had to be shared with us today Sheri. I see so much in clouds but mostly the moon. We had a full moon a week or so ago, and it was so big and beautiful. I knew my mom was looking down on me from above. The night she died, that moon was my peace of mind knowing she was there.
Love the clouds on this grey day here in Canada. It's been so mild. Our Winterlude festivities are all closed now due to melting.
Tomorrow my cousins, Randy and I are going to a chef cook off competition here in our little village. Who knew?? We watch them compete in the kitchen from 11-2, then from 6-10 they cook for us, serve and then we get to vote who the top chef for 2012 is. The chefs are from the Quebec region. It's really for Randy and Kenny since they LOVE to cook. Nicole and I are there for the wine, lol. Should be fun.
Sunday I want to go downtown and maybe walk on the canal, not skate if it's even open ; (
Have a great weekend dear friend.
Love You
Love Me

Darling Sheri!!!!!!!!!!

It looks as if our messages are the SAME!!!!!! Is it not true dearest, that after all the searching, that it is who WE ARE that will make the world around us a better place? And that life, at no matter what age, is a HUGE LESSON?

THANK YOU for your kind words and visit last night! I LOVE ST. THERESE and her quote! The saints have most definitely left us with great words of wisdom and the scriptures as well are POETRY that goes into the soul for both life on earth and hope in eternity. Much love to you dearest Sheri, and enjoy this weekend. I am resting, PLAYING and making more bunny heads for Spring!!!!!!! LOVE! Anita

No special plans today - my Big G heads back to school in England today - so sad mummy! Only 32 days until she is back home. This afternoon some card making to take my mind off I think.

Hi Sheri,

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you! Have been very busy lately with a little personal project of mine, my webshop that will go live very soon.

THANK YOU for the absolutely HEARTWARMING words you wrote about my blog!! They/you made me so very happy :)! I myself grew up at the coast, more specifically in the Helsinki Archipelago in Finland, which is beautiful, however very different from the Californian coast. Yet, I've always had a LOVE for everything coastal, and yes, also a soft spot for California :). It simply feels "right", if you know what I mean.

What a lovely concept to write a blog together with your daughters! What better way to bond. And from what I've read, there's a lot of loveliness for all 3 of you to share. I have an 8 year old daughter and we love being creative together.

I love the cloud picture, and the 2nd from the top is my favorite. I too look to the skies a lot and see heart shapes in the clouds. They make me smile because I know they are special hellos from my dad.

Wishing ALL of you a lovely weekend!

Take care,
Nona
