Tea Time

Lately, we have been wanting to take time out each day to enjoy a cup  of tea.  We like the English tradition that has been carried on for so many years, and we thought we would enjoy it as well.  I have to say, it is very soothing after a hectic day.  We all have our own favorite blends that we make, and mine is English Breakfast.  I also like the taste of orange in my tea.

Nel has tea time around 4:00 each day, and with her busy schedule, she really appreciates this simple pleasure.  Her favorite is the Chai tea.

Jess enjoys the Green tea with her lovely 'flamingo' cup.

We hope you take time out of your busy day to sip on a hot cup of tea.  You'll be glad you did.

Cute post. I love PG Tips tea. It is my very favorite tea! I also like Irish Breakfast with lots of milk and a little sugar.

What a wonderful tradition to sip on a cuppa tea
and make time for family and friends..
Im not a big tea drinker, but I do enjoy apple-cinnamon with buckwheat honey in it.
Soothing indeed.
Have a great week!!!

Hi guys! I was shopping yesterday, and inspired by your post, I bought me a beautiful new tea cup. I will be having tea today and thinking of you. It is a rare day with everyone gone. Heaven.

What a fab idea! My husband and I use to sit every night with a cup of tea and catch up. I can't believe we ever stopped doing that. So need to pick this back up. Life might be busy but you can never get those special moments back.

I love chai too, but we like mint tea with milk!

Love her Flamingo cup, too cute!

Hi gals,
I LOVE taking tea! I collect teacups and will do a posting on some of my favorite ones soon. My husband and I have tea every evening before we go to bed. I love all sorts of teas and am always collecting new boxes to try. I have a Keurig coffee maker and recently found two boxes of that Celestial green tea in the photo for my Keurig! I was excited! If you have a Trader Joe's nearby, I found a tea I am enjoying there.... it is called "Trader Joe's Duchess Grey Tea. It is a black tea infused with orange, lemon and bergamot. I will think of you ladies when I have my tea today! Have a great afternoon. xoxo Kim

Hello. Thank you for visiting my blog and your thoughtful comments. I thought I would pop by yours and look at the tea post you mentioned. You've made me thirsty, looking at these delicious options and the attractive cups and mug. What a nice idea for mother and daughters to share tea and writing a blog!
