Duck Pond

There's a duck pond right in the middle of my town.  It's right off a busy street, so it's nice to look over and see the water fountain and the blue water that surrounds this peaceful place.  The grass is very green and groomed, and there is a gazebo to eat lunch or just sit and relax.  If you take a walk along the path, you will see all kinds of small animals - from ducks to squirrels, to bunnies, to turtles.

A group of ducks just sitting on the pebbles

A turtle popped up onto this rock and we had to take a picture of it.

View of the water fountain

These two white ducks were so pretty - I wonder if they are family.....

This statue is of a mother and two children riding their bike.  It reminded me of me, Jess, and Nel.

I loved the white picket fence

The ducks are intrigued with the bunny

Overlooking the whole view

I wish you all a beautiful day.

Hi Sheri!
What a GREAT place to spend time! I love the white picket fence, too! Aren't memories wonderful? So nice that the sculpture makes you think of special times with your children when they were young... Thank you for sharing this special place with us! xoxo Kim
